The idea behind Key-Trans emerged from an unfortunate incident faced by one of its promoters, a manufacturer engaged in the production and supply of railway track items. At a critical stage, when a consignment was ready for dispatch, he struggled to find a suitable truck for transportation. In search of a solution, he turned to an online source and connected with a transporter whose details appeared genuine. After negotiation, the truck arrived at the factory premises, and an advance payment was made as agreed. However, after loading was completed, communication suddenly stopped. The person who had posed as the transporter became unreachable for days. Eventually, the actual owner of the truck contacted the promoter, and both discovered that they had been deceived by a scamster using fake documents and false credentials. Though the material was finally delivered after considerable difficulty, the incident exposed a serious gap in the logistics and transport sector: the absence of a reliable, dedicated, and trustworthy platform where suppliers and transporters could connect with confidence.
This gap became the inspiration for Key-Trans.
