1. Overview
   This platform connects Suppliers who post load requirements with Transporters who submit bids to deliver those loads.
   The system includes role based access Supplier Transporter Both, KYC document verification menu stays locked until verified, bidding workflow Supplier receives bids and accepts one, OTP based shipment verification Pickup OTP and Delivery OTP, privacy control Public or Private requirements, and contact details sharing only after Review submission.

1. KYC Verification
   KYC is required to keep the platform safe. Users must upload required documents for verification.
   Before KYC approval, the main menu remains locked and a warning message is shown for example Documents under review.
   The menu unlocks when all required documents are approved with no pending or rejected items.

Use the top right menu button hamburger icon to open the side menu. Pages are listed based on your role and verification status.

1. Supplier Guide

5.1 Post a Requirement or Search Requirements
Open Search or Post Requirements
Enter details like pickup city, drop location or destination, load or vehicle requirements, and budget optional
Submit to publish your requirement
Your requirement becomes visible to relevant transporters based on system rules

5.2 Public or Private Requirement
Public means visible to all eligible transporters
Private means visible only to the targeted transporter
Other transporters will not see it
Transporter side will show it as Private Locked

5.3 Receive Bids
Open Received Bids
You will see transporter bid amount, bid status, and other details
Compare bids and select the best option

5.4 Accept a Bid
Click Accept on the selected bid
The deal becomes confirmed and moves to the OTP process
Truck details can be hidden until confirmation depending on system settings

6.1 Set Availability
Open Set Availability
Enter available dates or time, cities or routes, truck type or capacity
Submit availability
Suppliers can find you in Find Trucks

6.2 View Jobs or Requirements
Open Jobs
You will see requirements based on visibility rules
If Private it appears only for the targeted transporter

6.3 Submit a Bid
Open a job requirement
Enter your quote price and notes optional
Submit bid
Supplier will see your bid under Received Bids

6.4 Earlier Quotes
Open Earlier Quotes
You can track bid status, OTP entry fields, and job progression

1. OTP Workflow Shipment Verification
   The system uses two OTPs to verify shipment

7.1 Pickup OTP Supplier OTP
Happens after supplier accepts a bid
Supplier receives a Pickup OTP and shares it with transporter or driver
Transporter enters OTP in the system
Once verified shipment moves to In Transit or Ongoing

7.2 Delivery OTP Receiver OTP
Happens at delivery destination
Receiver has the Delivery OTP
Transporter or driver collects OTP and enters it in the system
After verification status becomes Delivered or Completed

7.3 Completed Assignments
After delivery transporter can view the job in Completed Assignments

1. Review and Contact Sharing
   Contact details are shared only after both parties submit a Review
   Once a job is accepted both need to submit a Review
   After review submission supplier details become visible to transporter and transporter details become visible to supplier

2. Language Support
   Supports Indian languages such as Hindi Bengali Tamil and others
   If translation controls are in the header and the header is hidden on some pages the translation option will not appear unless added separately

3. Admin Panel User Manual Location
   Recommended location is Admin then Help Center or User Manual
   Admin can manage PDF manual upload video manual link supplier guide transporter guide and FAQs
   Optional Add a Help or User Manual link in the user menu

4. Common Issues and Troubleshooting

Menu locked
KYC not approved
Fix Upload documents wait for approval or re upload rejected documents

Private requirement not visible
Correct behavior Private loads appear only to targeted transporter

Shipment not moving to In Transit
Pickup OTP not verified
Fix Enter the correct pickup OTP

Shipment not moving to Delivered
Delivery OTP not verified
Fix Enter the correct delivery OTP

Contact details not visible
Review not submitted
Fix Submit review after job acceptance
